Who is responsible

What this site collects
The site sets no cookies, runs no ads and has no forms.
Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It stores nothing in your browser and does not follow you across sites. We see only aggregate figures: visits, pages viewed, country, device type and page load time. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The server that delivers the site processes technical data of each connection, such as IP address and browser type, to serve the pages and protect them from attacks.
If you email us
We use your address and the content of your message to reply and continue the conversation, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering, and of steps before a contract when we discuss working together (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR). We keep the correspondence while the conversation lasts and then for as long as needed to establish or defend legal claims.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare: hosting, protection from attacks and visit statistics.
- Google: email.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under standard contractual clauses or a European Commission adequacy decision.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion or restricted processing, and you can object to processing. You can also complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
